1. About Us

Arivya Silver is operated by Arivya Silver, No. 1225, 1st Floor, 1st Main Road, Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India – 560022.

2. Products, Pricing & Valuation

• Our silver jewellery is priced on a making-charge model linked to the Prevailing Silver Rate published by the Jewellers' Association Bengaluru (JAB), updated daily. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
• Each jewellery piece carries our engraved logo and every invoice includes a product photograph. Product weight is recorded internally for verification during returns, exchanges and buybacks.
• Except for moissanite and freshwater pearls, all other stones are described using colour descriptors unless independently certified.
• Gold-toned jewellery is gold-plated silver and is always described as "gold-plated".
• We strive to display accurate pricing and descriptions. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund before dispatch.
• Risk of loss or damage remains with Arivya Silver until successful delivery. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery or after the first failed delivery attempt due to customer-related reasons.

3. Orders & Payment

• An order represents an offer to purchase. A contract is formed once we confirm or dispatch the order.
• We accept major Debit Cards, Credit Cards, UPI and Cash on Delivery (up to ₹49,999 where available).
• Ownership transfers only after full payment and successful delivery.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently deliver products only within India.

5. Returns, Buyback & Exchange

Our 15-Day Exchange/Return Policy, Lifetime Silver Buyback Policy and Lifetime LGD Buyback Policy are available in our Buyback, Exchange & Returns Policy.

6. Product Identification & Certification

• Every invoice contains a product photograph.
• LGD jewellery includes a Gemological Certificate.
• The original invoice and certificate are required for warranty, exchange and buyback claims.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Sale of Goods Act, 1930.

Subject to applicable law, Arivya Silver shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Maximum liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the relevant order unless required otherwise by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, photographs, graphics, product designs, logos and trademarks belongs to or is licensed by Arivya Silver and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer laws, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights available to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
