Exchange & Buyback Policy

This Exchange & Buyback Policy explains the terms for 15-Day Exchange and Lifetime Buyback offered by Arivya Silver. This policy does not cover order cancellations or cash refunds. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for those requests.

1. 15-Day Exchange

Within 15 days of delivery (online orders) or purchase (in-store), eligible jewellery may be exchanged for another product.

• Exchange for another product of equal value at no additional cost.
• Pay only the price difference when selecting a higher-value product.
• If the replacement product costs less, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
• Applicable on both Silver Jewellery and Lab-Grown Diamond (LGD) Jewellery.
• Custom-made, engraved, personalised or resized jewellery cannot be exchanged.
• Products must pass our Quality Check and be returned with all original tags, invoice, packaging and LGD certificate (where applicable).
• For courier exchanges, return shipping charges are capped at ₹1,100 and are payable by the customer unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
• Walk-in exchanges at our store are free of charge.

2. Lifetime Buyback – Silver Jewellery

Silver jewellery purchased from Arivya Silver is eligible for Lifetime Buyback through Store Credit.

• Buyback value is calculated using the gross weight of the jewellery multiplied by the prevailing silver rate on the day of valuation.
• Making charges are not refundable.
• Store Credit is issued instead of cash and can be used towards future purchases.
• Original invoice is mandatory.
• The jewellery must successfully pass our Quality Check.
• Buyback is available only for jewellery originally purchased from Arivya Silver within India.

3. Lifetime Buyback – Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery

Lab-Grown Diamond (LGD) jewellery purchased from Arivya Silver is also eligible for Lifetime Buyback through Store Credit.

• The silver metal component is valued using the prevailing silver rate.
• The diamond component is valued according to our approved valuation method based on the original invoice price or current listed price, whichever is lower.
• You receive 80% of the eligible diamond value.
• Making charges are not refundable.
• Store Credit is issued instead of cash.
• Original invoice, original product and original gemological certificate are mandatory.
• All items are subject to Quality Check and certificate verification.

4. Sending Your Jewellery

• Items sent by courier must be shipped using our registered courier service.
• Courier charges are charged at actual cost up to a maximum of ₹1,100 and deducted after valuation.
• Walk-in submissions at our store are free.

5. General Conditions

• Available only on jewellery purchased within India.
• Original invoice is compulsory for every exchange and buyback request.
• Original gemological certificate is mandatory for all LGD jewellery.
• Every product undergoes a Quality Check before approval.
• Damaged, altered, resized or tampered jewellery may be rejected or valued differently.
• Store Credit issued under Lifetime Buyback is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Arivya Silver reserves the right to refuse any exchange or buyback request that does not satisfy this policy.

6. Inspection & Valuation

Every product submitted for exchange or buyback is inspected, tested, weighed, photographed and authenticated before approval.

• Inspection and valuation are completed within 3 business days of receiving the product.
• For Lab-Grown Diamond jewellery, inspection may take up to 7 business days to allow certificate verification.
• If your request is declined or the valuation differs from your expectations, you may request one additional inspection by the Store Manager within 7 days.
• The Store Manager's decision after the second inspection will be final.
• Our inspection and valuation process is applied fairly and consistently for every customer.
