We currently ship within India only.

2. Delivery Timeline

Orders are generally delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier operations, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Dispatch Timeline

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days after your order has been confirmed.

You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

4. Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer:

• Free shipping on all orders across India.
• No additional delivery charges will be applied during checkout unless specifically mentioned for special services.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to ₹49,999.
• Where a COD order qualifies for a refund, the refund will be processed only through bank transfer to a bank account held in the purchaser's name.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send your tracking details through one or more of the following channels:

• Email
• WhatsApp

You can use the tracking link or tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your shipment.

7. Risk of Loss & Delayed Delivery

Risk of loss or damage to the products remains with Arivya Silver until the products are delivered to the address specified in the order and acknowledged as delivered.

Risk passes to the customer upon successful delivery, or from the date of the first attempted delivery where delivery is delayed, refused, or unsuccessful due to:

• An incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
• Repeated unavailability of the recipient.
• Refusal to accept the delivery without a valid reason.

8. Packaging

• Every order is shipped in secure, tamper-evident packaging to ensure product safety.
• High-value orders above ₹49,999 require a signature upon receipt and OTP verification at the time of delivery.
